HenPen Lifters-Road to Recovery
Volunteer drivers needed for “Road to Recovery”
The HenPen Foundation Inc. was founded by Henry and Dr. Penelope Laws in 2015. Since its inception, the organization has worked with a number of charitable causes in the greater Metro Atlanta area. Recently they joined the fight against breast and prostate cancer and created a golf tournament fundraiser.
The organization has shifted gears 2019 and committed to help find volunteers for the Road to Recovery Program, sponsored by the American Cancer Society. The volunteers will be identified as HenPen Lifters. Our foundation will provide additional resources and inspirational support to volunteers as they donate their time transporting cancer patients to treatments.
One of the biggest barriers to cancer care is transportation.
A successful Transportation assistance program can be an asset to our community.
